Ellaforge, an initiative by Harven Textiles Private Limited, is dedicated to enhancing the economic independence of women from marginalised urban communities through Hunar Women – a collective federation of Self Help Groups. The beneficiaries are women belonging to underprivileged sections of society.
Ellaforge was established in Jaipur, committed to addressing crucial concerns such as social security, livelihood opportunities, and gender equality. The primary focus is on supporting women from socially disadvantaged groups.
Our objective is to establish a women's collective that addresses social inequities and economic hardships. Through this initiative, women will foster a shared identity and become empowered, thriving entrepreneurs and responsible citizens with aspirations for themselves, their families, and their communities.
PROCESS OF FORMING ELLAFORGE
Elleforge supported Hunar Women a federation of self help groups : Over 2,500 artisans have benefited from this initiative. Self Help Groups (SHGs) were established for them, ensuring access to various social security schemes such as health insurance. The programme also facilitated educational opportunities by supporting schools for children and literacy centres for women. Additionally, skill enhancement trainings were provided, artisan cards were issued, and the women were connected with banks to avail loans.

Ellaforge provides specialised training in embroidery, tailoring, and entrepreneurship to advance women's skill development. is dedicated to enhancing women's expertise, enabling them to work with innovative designs, materials, and techniques, and ensuring they receive fair compensation for their contributions.
