At EllaForge, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience. We ensure that your order reaches you securely and on time.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking details, so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders across India.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners such as Bluedart Air, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on all domestic orders at no additional cost.
• All COD orders are verified via phone or email before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
Prepaid Orders
• Prepaid orders (via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) are processed faster since they don’t require phone verification.
• We recommend choosing prepaid payment for a smoother and faster checkout experience.
Delivery Attempts & Unserviceable Areas
• Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
• If both attempts fail, your package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
• In rare cases, if your pincode is unserviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
• You can use this to track your package in real time and stay updated on the estimated delivery date.
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery (Jaipur Only)
• In-Store Pickup: Available for Jaipur customers. Orders are ready within 24 hours, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in Jaipur for orders placed before 4 PM. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day.
Potential Delays
While we always strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or holidays. In such cases, our team will keep you informed and assist you with updated tracking information.
